My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean, with a nice bathroom and a large king-size bed. The dining options were varied, but some dishes were not up to par. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, offering a decent stay.
The hotel is situated in a mixed business district/housing area a bit on the outskirts of Mulhouse. The rooms looked onto a wall of another block but were clean and comfortable; however, some were out of order during our stay. The service was welcoming and helpful, although the staff tended to congregate outside for a chat after the restaurant closed. The location, while well-connected through buses and trams, lacked any special charm in the surrounding industrial/housing estate. The dining experience was said to be cheap but definitely not worth the money, although the sauna and swimming pool were enjoyable. Overall, a budget-friendly option but with some drawbacks.
The hotel had a large room with a great king-size bed, suitable for our party size. The rooms were basic but clean. However, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The service was a bit lacking, with staff talking on the phone without acknowledging us. The location was strategic for our needs, close to the highway for convenient travel. The dining experience had a wide selection of food, but the quality did not match the price. Overall, a decent stay but with some room for improvement.
